This one-day conference will explore the importance of sanctuary and how churches can and should play more of a role in offering hospitality and welcome to the most vulnerable in our society, including refugees and asylum seekers. Attendees will hear from a range of speakers and explore the biblical roots of sanctuary, as well as how their churches can become part of this movement.
The conference will also focus on the Churches’ Refugee Network (CRN) work on migration-related matters, and showcase the excellent work taking place in Birmingham and the West Midlands with asylum seekers and refugees.
